During your visit at CFHEP, we will provide you the per diem to cover your local expenses. And you may also get the reimbursement on your traveling expenses if stated on the invitation letter.

The necessary materials you need to submit are:

1. The copy of your passport, please send the scanned copy to dangl@ihep.ac.cn by email after finalizing your visiting schedule.

2. The financial invoice of air tickets and the trip schedules.
(The electronic tickets can be accepted, but there must be the detail trip schedule and total price on it.)

3. The boarding passes for round trip.
You can post the departure boarding pass back to us by air mail (or send the scanned copy to chenli@ihep.ac.cn )to:
